Pilates Day is an International Event started by the Pilates Method Alliance held every year in communities around the world to bring awareness to Pilates, make Pilates affordable and available to all, and welcome a service to the community you live in. This year, Pilates Day at Bela Pilates will be offering mini Pilates Private Sessions for $20 each or full hour Privates for $40 from 7am- 12 pm. Then there will be a Backyard Pilates Mat Class from 1 pm- 2 pm. If weather does not cooperate, we will move the Mat Class to Online. All proceeds will benefit The Plainfield Children's Ballet for a scholarship to attend classes.
