Welcome Bags

Description

Chamber volunteers will stuff the Welcome Bags and deliver them on Wednesday, February 1st at 9AM, donuts from Jack's Donuts will provided and once delivery is complete, approximately 12PM volunteers will meet back at Chicago's Pizza for lunch.

Plainfield Chamber members are invited to drop off their promotional items (100 items) between now and February 1st to be place in Welcome Bags.  Items can include (but are not limited to): 

  • Business Cards/Info Flyers
  • Coupons/Discounts/Free Passes
  • Pens/Pencils
  • Notepads
  • Magnets
  • Chapstick
  • Koozies
  • Seasonal Items

Stuffing/filling bags will begin at 9AM. We will need volunteers to stay and deliver the bags until all bags have been dropped off to new residents.
