MFMC Hiring – Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid)

MFMC Residential and Commercial Development is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to assist with client communication, scheduling, and general office operations.

This is a hybrid position based in Plainfield, Indiana. A few hours per week will be require at the office, particularly during the first few weeks for onboarding and training. The remaining hours may be worked from home or in the office if preferred.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client calls and emails
  • Scheduling project estimates and meetings
  • Assisting with proposals and project documents
  • Following up with clients after estimates
  • Supporting scheduling and administrative tasks


Compensation:

$18–$22 per hour depending on experience

Plus 3% bonus on contracts secured through leads or coordination managed by the administrative coordinator.
