I hope this message finds you well! The Town of Plainfield is thrilled to be brewing up the return of our annual Sat-Terror-Day Festival, happening on Saturday, October 25th 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Talon Stream Park. To make this event a fang-tastic one, we’re seeking vendors to participate in our Trunk-or-Treat portion, and we’d love to have you join us! Participation is free, and you’re welcome to set up a table to share information about your business or organization. Last year, we welcomed approximately 1,600 guests, and we’re expecting an even bigger turnout this year!

Vendor Participation Details:

• All participants must have a candy chute for distributing your candy.
• We encourage creative decorations and family friendly themes for your candy chute.
  • The community will vote on their favorite, and a trophy will be awarded at the end of the event!
• All candy must be pre-wrapped no homemade items are permitted.

A Bone-afide Bonus Opportunity:

Last year, we wanted to add a little something ghoulish to our hayride and it was a scream! Town employees decorated skeletons to represent their departments, and it was such a hit that we’re dying to do it again this year. We’re extending the invitation for your organization to decorate your very own skeleton(s) to represent your company or organization. Skeletons will be displayed in our Graveyard Scene along the hayride path, giving guests a frightfully fun surprise along the way! I have listed a few rules to keep in mind:

• Skeletons must be decorated in a family-friendly manner, this is a kid focused event.
• You must be participating in Trunk-or-Treat in order to be included in the graveyard.
• We hear people are dying to get in, so be sure to reserve your skeleton spot today!
