Purdue Extension is offering a free workshop for small businesses in Indiana. 

The workshop SHOW - Workplace Wellness Training focuses on reducing conflict and improving employee communication, emotional well-being, and collegiality. 

This workshop is free to businesses and is 60 minutes long and can be conducted virtually (webinar) or in-person. 

As this is also a part of a research study, the employees will be requested to complete voluntary surveys after the workshop.   

There is an incentive for employees to complete in surveys related to the program ($10 gift card).
