Hendricks County Bank and Trust Announces SHRM Certification Recipient
February 21, 2025 (Brownsburg, IN)- Hendricks County Bank President, Jerry P. Orem, along with Directors and Officers of Hendricks County Bank and Trust Company, celebrate an employee achievement. Stephanie Commins has tested for and achieved her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
SHRM certification is a credential offered by the Society for Human Resource Management. It recognizes an individual for their credibility and proficiency in human resources (HR). SHRM certification is designed to help HR professionals assume and perform strategic leadership positions more effectively.
“Undergoing certification through SHRM is a process that sharpens skills but also demonstrates commitment to the human resources position, to the bank as an institution and to our employees. Stephanie has proven herself to be a strong strategic thinker and this certification will only enhance how she supports our employees and puts more strategic procedures in place to make our bank employee community even stronger. ” said Orem.
Stephanie Commins joined the bank as Human Resources Manager in 2023, focusing on talent strategies and supporting overall business goals. She comes with over 25 years of general business management experience, most recently as a sales representative and active team member in the ACA arena with United Healthcare.
