Nominate Candidates for the Home Bank 2024 Kris Gill Servant Leadership Award

Nominate Candidates for the Home Bank 2024 Kris Gill Servant Leadership Award

Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations, and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.

Kris Gill is a lifelong resident of Morgan County and an employee of Home Bank since 1989, serving primarily in the loan servicing department. Her loyalty and hard work show through in every way in her job. Aside from being a great employee, wife, mother, friend, and daughter, Kris is the definition of a servant leader. She serves first, aspires to lead, puts other’s needs above her own, focuses on the growth and well-being of her community, and goes above and beyond in all areas of her life.

Home Bank will present the annual Kris Gill Servant Leadership Award to an individual on October 1, 2024 at the Brickhouse on Main in Martinsville. A donation will be made to the 501(c)(3) organization(s) of the winner’s choice totaling $7,500.
